I wonder how many of this 80% favorable are actually enrolled in it?

And what % of the favorable would give up their current plan and opt into it.

Depending on how the questions are phrased, I could easily see an overwhelming positive, if it was something like “don’t you feel those poors should have health care?”

The financial subsidy rules have changed considerably so more more middle class people get them. It used to be 4X the poverty rate. It is well above that now..
