I am in an apt building. I did the wash on wednesday and used the Speedqueen front loader washer which was installed maybe 3 months ago. It was a used model then.
The clothes get wet but there is no water to soak the clothes and the rinse cycle is no better.

I smell the laundry detergent from others that use the washer. Not enough water to rinse the clothes and wash out the washer.
Plus the clothes just get tossed thru the dirty water, what little there is of it.

I notified the manager who notified the repair guy who is coming out as one of the dryers is not working.
There are big complaints about front loaders when doing a search that there is not enough water and mold and leaks.
I have seen the Speedqueen leak already and not enough water. Waiting on mold...

The two other washers are top loaders. The top loader will fill the tub and the clothes wash better.
We need to get rid of the EPA as they have made appliances not work well.

I’ve heard similar complaints about front loaders in general, don’t know about Speed Queen in particular. I have never had a front loader, and only ever used one once, when I had to wash a sleeping bag many years ago. That was a laundromat machine and it seemed to work OK, no idea what make it was.
