I am still using my 1986 Maytag Stove with no repairs as yet. Still using my 2006 Amana Bottom freezer fridge with no problems.
I don’t want ANY SMART appliances in my house and have not had to at this point. I “opted” out of the Smart electrical and gas meters many years ago. Was charged $75 to do so and had to pay additional $10.00 on each months billing for 3 years. I am surprised that you are still allowed to do so here in San Diego. Also took out my Wifi router last year. Really don’t need it. I am hard wired on everything and use cable.
I have two very old Vizio flat screen TV’s (2008) that still have the stereo speaker bar built in the TV. Don’t know what I am going to do when they crap out.
My Vizio like yours just wouldn’t turn on one day.
