Wow, now that is customer service! A free washer / dryer. Did you learn to live with the wrong color?

We got ripped off by Fubo TV. My wife prepaid an annual subscription but got it specifically to watch a particular basketball game. Then she found out on game day the game was blacked out. She immediately called for a refund. They replied “Nope, we have your money. Too bad.” I followed up and demanded escalation. Again they replied “Screw you, we have your money. Too bad.” I checked out the executive staff. 100% of them are Indian or Southeast Asian. I need to find some addresses and write to exec staff and demand a refund.

What a difference in customer satisfaction stories!

My wife is a pretty good sport on most things like that. The charcoal gray doesn’t clash too badly with the white cabinets and pale gray floor of the laundry room. I don’t think either of us even thinks about the color at this point. And she got her all stainless kitchen around the same time, which was much higher up on her priority list.

It also helped that the gray one had the steam feature that we liked, but didn’t want to pay extra for, lol.

Sounds like FUBO is a bunch of jerks. Our credit card company is pretty good about reversing charges if we’re not getting customer service from a company. But then again I refuse to pay for more than basic Netflix and Amazon Prime, and we cut cable years ago.

Sporting events that are available in our area on broadcast TV we can’t watch because we don’t have line of sight to any American stations. There are some folks nearby who use a VPN and pirate the streams via overseas websites.
