That was my first guess. Customer flashed a wad of bills. Supplier decided to take the money, and keep the product. Customer resisted.
But who knows? The victims just might have looked at the shooter the wrong way. It’s a sick country.

The murderer was a roommate of one of the victims, which likely means the female who was not a student at the university. Good chance the feral got angry that his girlfriend/babymama was cheating on him.
