The state made a crucial error calling Barnes. His calendar nuked when Wade became involved with the case...

An unbiased judge would have stopped her.

Biased/unbiased ....black/white..... red/green....human/ troglodyte , I don't think it matters what you are, there is no way anyone or anything was going to stop her. The roots of her manner of behavior likely came from the "talk to the hand" tactic that was popularized back in the 80's and 90's.

Others agree, too, this is making us look like racists.

Or just poor fashion critics.

That is interesting.

Help me understand how him being at the meeting indicate his relationship with The Fani? Im sure I am missing something obvious.

My take on the proceedings is the case should be be moved out of Atlanta and terminated. The national headlines taint the GA jury pool especially after Willis’s and Wades’s disastrous testimonies to the court. Willis essentially said she is out to get Trump while on the stand. This is on top of the impropriety of their relationship and ethics reporting..

Both Willis and Wade insisted that their relationship started in 2022, after Wade was hired.

That should be the biggest and most damning takeaway from the hearing!

Fani Willis should be removed for sexual harassment and creating a hostile work environment!

This used to be called a "hostile work environment" in any other office setting where the boss is sleeping with an underling. Look at the power disparity between the District Attorney of Atlanta and a contract lawyer with no felony trial experience.

What are the other workers supposed to assume when the person who is sleeping with the boss is given the prime job assignment at an elevated level of pay? The "hostile work environment" is one where the other workers come to believe that their own career advancement opportunities are stifled because they're not sleeping with the boss.

In any other office situation, the boss would be taken to HR and severely disciplined, if not outright fired for such behavior. A higher standard is expected when the power of the position is higher in the organization.

If Willis wanted to have a "private life" with Wade, she was obligated to release Wade from his contract and then pursue a romantic relationship with him outside of their office responsibilities.

The power disparity between the DA and a contractor is too great to be anything other than a textbook definition of sexual harassment, if only because it harasses the other workers in the office who are forced to accept it as normal despite what their own private morality beliefs might be.

Willis should be fired solely for engaging in sexual harassment at the workplace.

Dress is made by VFSHOW, similar to the one you showed from Macy’s.

You may be able to see how nicely fitted in the rear....I see no zippers..

Didn’t President Trump forego a change of venue motion when he was considering if he wanted to seek to have the trial moved to federal court? If so, is it too late for him to file that motion?

However, your points about misconduct are all valid, which was what this hearing was about.

I feel certain that the defendants have all raised all of the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct issues of the prosecutors. This instance seems so glaring the judge had to halt the proceedings to determine if these two clowns needed to be kicked off.

I am looking forward to seeing what they do next after the in camera review. The judge didnt seem pleased with the witness. And to hide his sexual assault payout makes it even worse.

I can’t recall the movie or actor, but I remember the line that, “The world revolves around two things, pussy and money, remember that son”...

Certainly true in this case..

Probably isn’t really, but the charge would be:

Whiteys are suggesting this black lady is so dumb she puts her dress on backwards.

God, please forgive me for defending Fani Willis.

Is Bradley being blackmailed by Willis and Wade?

That is the big open question, at least to me.

It is an unvoiced question that perhaps could be explored in McAfee’s in-camera meeting.

Barne's calendar suggests Wade appears to be acting in an official capacity before he was appointed a week later as a SP

You right. But it appears President Trump chose to stand fast after Meadows failed.

“President Trump now notifies the court that he will NOT be seeking to remove his case to federal court,” the notice states. “This decision is based on his well-founded confidence that this honorable court intends to fully and completely protect his constitutional right to a fair trial and guarantee him due process of law throughout the prosecution of his case in the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia.”

Everything out of his mouth was ‘I am so great’, ‘I am oppressed’, ‘there are threats against my daughter’...

And this sounded like another Juicy Smulliet episode - like white people would threaten a black DA in a black town. I am betting that most of the people she prosecuted weren’t whitey?

These lowest common denominators are tiresome.

I noticed that too. Organizer.

BTW, one of the reasons for calling Barnes is that Barnes said the offer from Fani (Wade was in the room and so had been hired) wasn't financially attractive enough to "feed his law firm."

In other words, it appears that Fani didn't offer Barnes (the former governor) a fat check for $650,000. The offer to Barnes (which Barnes found inadequate) demonstrates that Fani was giving Wade preferential treatment.

IMO, EVERY prosecutor from Jack Smith to Letitia James, et al persecuting Trump are EXACTLY like Ms Fani and Mr Wade. Lying, dissembling, political hit men/women. They probably all hold secret meetings where they slap each other on the back congratulating each other.
