Biggest takeaways after wild 2-day hearing on Fani Willis affair: 'What's done is done'
foxnews.com ^ | Brianna Herlihy , Claudia Kelly-Bazan

The second and final day of a court hearing of evidence in allegations that Georgia prosecutor Fani Wills had an "improper" affair with her colleague has concluded, but the judge will still review testimony in a closed-door meeting.

After a bombshell admission by the defense's key witness, Terrence Bradley, who avoided answering certain questions citing attorney client privilege, Judge Scott McAfee said he would hold an "in-camera" meeting with Bradley to determine if his privilege assertions are accurate.

[...]

Bradley had refused to answer some of the questions asked by defense counsel about what he knew about Wade and Wills’ relationship and when he knew, citing attorney client privilege. Bradley, for a brief time, was Wade’s lawyer during his divorce, which was finalized in 2023.

But Bradley admitted that a large reason he left the law firm was because an employee at the firm accused him of sexual assault, though he denied the allegation. He also indirectly admitted that he paid the employee who accused him.

This is significant because earlier in his testimony Bradley testified that the reason he left the firm was related to Wade's divorce proceedings, and therefore covered by attorney client privilege.

Judge Scott McAfee said that Bradley's admission re-opens questions about what Bradley refused to answer about what he knew about Wade and Fani Willis' romantic relationship and when he knew. Bradley refused to answer citing attorney client privilege.

"Mr. Bradley previously testified that the reason he left the firm was totally and completely covered by privilege. When asked by the state, he went into a factual scenario that, to my mind, I don't see how it relates to privilege at all. And so now I'm left wondering if Mr. Bradley has been properly interpreting privilege this entire time," the judge said.

When she was asked if she slept with Wade the first night, she said that the question was offensive and “It’s a lie.” She did not testify that it was false, so she can’t be prosecuted for perjury. Someone can be lying by asserting something that he believes to be false or does not know to be true. He may be lying, but the fact that he asserted may still be true. The judge did not call her on that issue.

The lesson of the week is that vindictibe and racist Black women have weaponized the law. In so doing they have attacked the very fabric of the Republic.

These Black women criminals have forfeited their right to exist committing by acts that destroy the Republic.

Fani’s most important ally is the “Republican” governor.

Far more important,IMO,are the meetings that the Fulton County people had with The Big Guy's Department of Just Us in DC. They call into serious question the legitimacy of the charges in Georgia *and* the legitimacy of everything that's happening in DC...the charges in Miami, the charges in DC,and the decision not to charge The Big Guy for keeping classified documents in a garage next to an old Corvette.

There can be no doubt that thorough investigations of "Jack Smith" *and* Garland are now in order.

5. Finally, this 5 AM talk that Willis said where some white guys came into her Atlanta neighborhood upon winning the election stuff and yelling racism comments. I sat and thought...what idiot white guys would go and drive around 4AM in Atlanta neighborhoods to be all Klanned-up?

I hope someone is writing this for a movie script.

+++++++++++++++

Does anyone remember the Juicy Smolay (Dave Chappel voice) incident? Were they wearing red MAGA hats?

Fani having her father on the stand was ridiculous. He'd do anything for her. The trick is to NOT tell the "whole truth".

And all her other witnesses were all political....almost a threat to the judge.

The young, inexperienced judge will bend to charges of racism, I predict.

And who’s the idiot claiming Willis wore her dress backwards ? That accusation makes our side look like foolish racists. Willis is in photos with other front-zip dresses, and if worn backwards do not remotely comport to female contours.

That is, however, the extent of any positive comments I can find for Willis.

Buck up, judge.

I heard the phone ringing while he was on the stand (a bizarre ring-tone) and then heard defense counsel raise the question (to Bradley) of whether he is being threatened by phone and text (at that moment). I later heard it discussed by various talking heads, BUT I do not know for a fact that this is exactly what happened.

That said, it was shortly after this event that the judge decided on an in camera conference.

Many times a judge will let an out of control witness go on and on and hang themselves. It is not the judge’s job to stop them, it is the job of the attorney whose witness it is to curb them.

He also indirectly admitted that he paid the employee who accused him.

Has he been Indicted for paying this hush money? Where is the AG? US Attorney?, he admitted to PAYING HUSH MONEY and needs to be prosecuted. See Stormy Daniels

Letting her idiot father blather on and on yesterday while he waxed poetic about how incredible his life has been and what a victim he is was just sickening.

I doubt he has anything to worry about if he doesn’t win his election. Kemp will appoint him to something else or go into private practice. My guess is he will DQ the DA and punt the case to the GA AG.
