President Trump and his family have put in decades of their lives making NY and NYC a destination for business and visiting and also many financial contributions. I know he is not a perfect man, no one is. Our prayers for he and his family and their businesses will not fail. All the liars will fall one by one.
I am ready for him to put out an order for us to activate whereby we work with God’s Kingdom to bring down the immense evil that shows it’s insidious evil more and more each day. No other man would fight for us as he and his family do!!!
I am smelling a sweeeeeeeet win this fall and they’ll be ripped from their unbalanced scales and hauled to the cells where the J6er’s will be freed.

The addressee on that form, now shows for 2024, but the address is the same as it was in 2020:

The form (the PDF file) does state:
"Notwithstanding this allocation method set forth above, any contributor may designate his or her contribution for a particular participant."
Assuming that statment is reliable, a donor should be able to write BOLDLY on the form (and as a memo on the check):
"My total contribution is ONLY for the Donald J. Trump for President 2024 campaign."

In October 2020, I called a certain Trump Organization person in charge at the Trump Tower in NYC. I was referred to a certain Trump campaign person in charge, at a phone number in Arlington, VA. He gave me the following address for mailing a check:

But the mail that I sent, was instead delivered to Zip Code 22209.
I wondered, if the mail was sent to:

All the money is going to Trump, you can read the fine print to confirm it:
“Joint fundraising proceeds shall be allocated among the committees as follows: 90% to Donald J. Trump for President 2024, Inc. (2024 primary election), 10% to Save America (Trump’s PAC), and any contribution exceeding the legal amount that may be contributed to either of the Committees will be allocated to Donald J. Trump for President 2024, Inc. (2024 general election)”
WinRed is irrelevant to your donation or where it goes. They are just processing the credit cards and have a processing and handling fee.
Trump is the one who came up with WinRed in 2019 to combat the Democrat’s ACTBlue.
As long as it says 90% Trump, 10% Save America on the form you donating, you are donating everything to Trump.
You could mail a check but you are not saving much and you are just causing everyone more work and they still have to hire someone to process it. And if you tell people don’t donate, it’s winred, you are just scaring off 10 people who would have donated but wouldn’t get a check or money order and a stamp and go to the post office or those who preferred using a credit card. So if you “saved” Trump a $2 handling fee on a $100 donation,but in the process just convinced 10 people not to donate what are you really accomplishing?
Don’t get hung up on winred. It’s supposed to be this way.

GOP leadership began discussing the possibility of building a competitor to ActBlue within days of the 2018 midterm results.
WinRed was called Patriot Pass in its initial announcements, with an expected release date of February 2019.
The name was changed following Robert Kraft's complaints that the name resembled that of his football team, the New England Patriots.
In 2019, the RNC and the Trump administration applied heavy pressure to incentivize all Republican campaigns to use the platform.
In April 2020, the platform expanded from its previous representation of only federal-level candidates and opened support to state- and local-level races.
Following the 2020 campaign, several Trump donors said they were unknowingly billed for recurring contributions to his campaign, with some having as much as several thousand dollars deducted without their knowledge.
Some experts attributed this, at least in part, to how WinRed's platform was set up. They utilized prefilled checkboxes that donors needed to manually uncheck to prevent repeat donations. In addition, unlike ActBlue, WinRed keeps a cut of refunded contributions.
But we know they won’t.
ACTBlue also has a processing fee:
“ We pass along a 3.95% processing fee on contributions to the groups using our platform. ActBlue does not make money off of donations. Completing a contribution involves costs related to processing your credit card. We’re legally required to pass along processing costs to the campaign so that we do not make in-kind contributions to them.”
Same with WinRed which is around 4%.
Like I said before you are only discouraging people from donating. The fact that it is WinRED is irrelevant. You just have to read the fine print to see where the money is going.
If you go off some email with Trump’s picture that sends the money elsewhere but uses winred that is on you.

There, is a frame including a checkbox, lower down in the page, that reads:
"I would like to cover the processing fee so 100% of my donation goes to Trump Save America Joint Fundraising Committee."
Regarding allocation:

- 10% to Save America,

In addition, the allocation formula may change if a contributor makes a contribution which would exceed the maximum legal amount that a contributor may give to a particular participant.
** There is no provision via a credit card transaction. Apparently, in order to designate, a contributor must send a check - including the donation form on which, are the designated recipients of the donations.
