I’m seeing a lot of WW2 weaponry here. A Thompson SMG, looked like a MG-42, I think I saw a StG44, and etc.
Nice collection!
A lot of WWII vets brought home automatic weapons. When I was in high school I got to shoot an MP38. The owner brought it back from Europe when he rotated back. The next day, the neighbor (with a smile on his face) told him that was the fastest pistol shooting he had ever heard.
Before I retired from the Marine Corps, I was the base supply/logistics officer. About once a month someone would call me and ask if they donate Granddad's machinegun to the base. I told them to 1) don't move it; 2) wipe off all finger prints and 3) call the ATF. They could buy a legal machinegun for less than the attorney fees in defending themselves in a court case.
That sort of stuff doesn’t sound like the stock an illegal arms dealer would have. Maybe he is some rich dude with a felony conviction of some white-collar crime years ago? Although other comments make it sound like a lousy area to live in, so maybe he is a “real” criminal.
IMHO, if anybody is deemed okay to be out in public and not in prison, then they should also be deemed to be okay to have guns and vote. If not, keep them locked up.

I see several more modern ones with cans on them.
Assuming any of them are actually functional.
