The judge did not strike Pops testimony. He did mention that the testimony would be accepted under the knowledge of Pop violating the sequestration rules. Or some such.
I’m not a lawyer but I should be. After watching this, anything is possible.

Yep. The testimony was tainted and illegal. But it stays. Good. (/s) He’ll be re-elected for sure.
