Again IIRC, yesterday the issue of lawyer-client privilege came up about whether Bradley could testify about his knowledge of Wade's affair with Fani.
I think that is still an open issue.

On Fox news just now they are talking about the sequestration order that is in place and that FW must have been watching Wades testimony because she was angry when she showed up in the courtroom yesterday.
