“Proof is what decides court battles, not anger.”

If the testimony is outrageous enough, it doesn’t require paperwork. There are financial fraud cases all the time and someone who says, “I always get huge payments in cash and never write checks or use a credit card” can be reasonably assumed to be both lying and trying to conceal any income and spending.

When someone pays for trips using their business credit card and takes cash back in repayments with no records of any deposits ever being made, everyone KNOWS it is fraud!

You don’t have to prove there are no Martians to refute a witness who claims Martians pay her bills....

Willis has at least one actual receipt of her paying him back. That shows some intent to pay him back at a minimum, and lends credibility to her claims she paid him back in other ways. Right now, we don’t have anything to counter that evidence and testimony, of our own, except for inferences and assumptions. As these two people are officers of the state court, evidence against them will have to be high, not low. Just facts.
