Maybe he’s going the Bill Maher route. Deep down, still a leftist member of the tribe, but not willing to chug every last sip of the Kool-Aid and not afraid to call out the worst absurdities of that side.
That will be tolerated if and when Biden wins a second term. Then look for them both to be brutally cancelled.
