The language is so confusing now. If someone simply ‘identifies’ as being the opposite sex, whether they’ve had transition treatment or not, we’re supposed to accept that.
It’s impossible to know from the ‘news’ whether this was an actual transman, or a female transvestite who like to pretend to be a man sometimes, or just nuts even apart from sexual identification.
If Genesee Ivonne Moreno is the birth certificate name, it’s probably a biological female. But we don’t even know if that’s the unchanged, original name or not.
