The SC has no such power to decide this.

The stunted losers who have attempted to remove Trump from their state ballots cited the 14th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution as their rationale for doing so.

It is duplicitous — to the point of legal malpractice — for anyone involved on those cases to render a decision in that manner and then hide behind a “state’s rights” argument to keep it out of the Federal courts.

I agree. The lower courts have no such power either. Colorado should lose its votes in the electoral college for even attempting this and have to reapply in a decade.
