‘State constitution’ provides no gun-rights protections?
What about Texas? If not how do we get state’s rights?
It seems that the Court said that the interpretation of the 2nd Amendment by the U.S. Supreme Court do not extend to Hawaii citizens, citing the “spirit of Aloha.”.
Citing the word “Hawaii Citizens”, does that extend/include Law Enforcement as well; or does Law Enforcement have to be non-citizens or foreign nationals.
You make Don Ho cry!
bttt
“EXPEL HAWAII. ITS NOT PART OF THE US AND ONLY GAVE US OBAMA AND UKELELES. WE NEED NEITHER.”
But Hawaii gave us Kalua pork and native singer IZ!
Should we expel Texas because of chili con queso, nachos to fajitas and enchiladas?
From the Hawaii Constitution:
RIGHT TO BEAR ARMS
Section 17. A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed. [Ren Const Con 1978 and election Nov 7, 1978]
