Such a law needs to decide to what degree will property owners be held liable if one of these so called Day Care Centers does something stupid and or dangerous?
That’s just the point. It’s a sneaky way by Democrats to open LLs up to total liability thus putting them out of business, which was the plan all along.
No law will protect landlords if a child is dead or injured…Mama’x junkyard lawyers will go after the deep pockets. The landlord and his insurance…which will be out the roof.
A smart lease has a clause allowing rental rate changes with changes in the law. Get the insurance and jack up everyone’s rent. Explain why.
Or does the state already require daycare providers to meet licensing, facility, and insurance requirements?
