Even if that is so, I have always objected to the notion that we citizens should have to pay to get justice.
The 14th amendment supposedly guarantees equal application of the law, but is there anyone who does not believe wealthy people get better "justice" than ordinary people?
If anything in the US, should be socialized, it should be the legal system.
