In the days when western Pennsylvania was a frontier, settlers organized militias and built forts to protect themselves and their neighbors. They didn’t wait for the government to do it. They couldn’t.
One of my ancestors was captain of a frontier militia organized in western PA. He built a fort for the few families living in the area who had no protection from hostile Indians. The settlers had nothing but their own muskets to save themselves and their families.
We need the same thinking today. If Biden and the communist cabal running things in Washington D.C. have no interest in protecting the citizens of this country, then we will have to do it ourselves. If those days are coming, we are in a real fix. I doubt any of us would want to face the carnage the Israelis faced. Americans haven’t dealt with that kind of foreign threat on the homeland since the Revolutionary War era. But we have a heritage to show us the way.
