Using Reagan as an example of someone who once was a Democrat and voted for Presidents FDR and then Truman in 1948, a time when Texas was Democrat is absurd when explaining why someone could be a post-1972 Democrat of the modern party and especially of the post-Reagan democrat party of Obama, the Clintons, abortion, gay power, feminism, hate America perversion, etc.
Leave Reagan out of the party of Obama, perversion and at war with America and the West.
Being a Democrat of the Great Depression and WWII America does not translate to being a Democrat after the Reagan years and in 2020 America.
Very true and well said. Especially recent converts who could see the wind blowing or rebelled against a step too far. There is a real possibility that their long held beliefs would skew their judgement left as future opportunities occur.
Trump was a Republican first and the a democrat in disgust for 5-6 years before he decided to return and take the Republican party to the America first, fiscally conservative, law & order party. His story is not remotely the same as a life long democrat who ran for & held office as a democrat for many years.
