Surgery will not correct the huge difference in bone density, muscle mass, and for boxing...arm reach.
I see terrible injury or death for women who compete against these wackos.

I think the transitioning surgery is so dramatic that having gone thru it, any desire to participate in sports will be gone. Plus all the lost training time.
