The last time I ordered a McDonald’s kiosk, I waited 20 minutes and nobody in the restaurant got their food during that time. There were lots of angry people. The drive through was very slow, but moving. I left at the 20 minute mark when someone else began loudly complaining that they had been waiting 45 minutes for their order, and others started joining in. Someone stomped in from the drive thru to complain that their food was made wrong. It didn’t feel safe to remain.
