The legality of the ballots is a different issue.

Exactly. If the evidence of illegal ballots (envelopes destroyed) has disappeared then:

  1. I don't know how to proceed. I don't think the perpetrators are going to admit it.
  2. The public sees that recounts are not demonstrating totals that would change the results, and loses interest.

I will always hate the Biden gang, but I honestly don't know if there were enough illegal ballots in GA to change the results. Even if Trump had gotten GA, 16 EVs would not have been enough.

The only way for any of us to trust what the election board (or anyone else for that matter) says is to educate ourselves on what the processes are in each jurisdiction.

Far too many of us are completely ignorant of how things work when it comes to elections.

The more we know, the less likely it is that anyone can pull anything over on us.

...He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.

He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harrass our people, and eat out their substance...

Of course - but from the beginning the Northern states were in a far better position to phase out slavery without financial hardship, whereas the southern states were not.

Yes, they could simply sell their slaves to states further south.

For the south it was the opposite - much of a plantation owner’s wealth was tied up in slaves - simply giving them up would have bankrupted them.

But the ugly truth is they didn't have to give them up. They just had to stay loyal to Washington DC, and they could keep their slaves indefinitely. And Washington DC even went so far as to pass a permanent slavery amendment through the House and Senate by the 2/3rds margin necessary to send it to the states for ratification as a constitutional amendment to guarantee slavery.

Of course the governing body had no problem with slavery. Slavery was producing 72% of the revenue the federal government operated on.

Same here, but some people put a great deal of emphasis on it.

They were ran multiple times per instructions, but were not TABULATED multiple times. This is straight from Georgia GOP election officials.

Who I absolutely do not believe will tell the truth about a very screwed up election because it would be *RACIST* and the Country Club Republican contingent in Georgia could never deal with a problem if it hurt certain people's feelings.

He could have said it looked like...yadda yadda...but he instead kept claiming those 2 women were doing somthing nefarious and Rudy never offered any proof of his claims.

What good would that do? We already know it's a corrupt clown court, and the truth doesn't matter. That corrupt lying judge never had any interest in looking at facts.

As for Ruby running ballots through the machine over and over, what possible legitimate reason could there be for doing that?

I've heard it claimed it was done to "calibrate" the machine, and to that I say they are just lying, and trying to make up something that can possibly appear to explain the unexplainable.

If the machines weren't "calibrated" before the election, then you've already lost the argument about the legitimacy of doing it after the election.

No reason but fraud for the same stack of ballots to keep going into the counting machine, and the actual results appear to support the contention that this was a source of fraudulent votes.

scanning isn’t tabulating... according to the investigations into the matter.

According to the people who have a vested interest in claiming they didn't screw up the election.

In law there is this principle called "statement against interest." People tend to regard something as more believable if it is a statement against the interest of people telling it.

Telling us something that is beneficial to the person telling it? Not so much.

(Note that the machines log all the activity on the machine.)

Can we put the machine on the stand and make it swear an oath?

So long as the machines are under the control of people intent on covering up election fraud, the machines will say whatever their owners want them to say.

I have absolutely no trust in Brad Raffensperger or his people. We can see he's a lying sack of sh*t for what he tried to do to Trump over a phone call, and I hope lighting strikes him.

Now that we know he's an absolute liar, why should we trust *ANYTHING* he or his people say?

This is another principle in law. Falsus in uno, falsus in omnibus.

If you lie about one thing, you cannot be trusted to tell the truth about anything.

Apparently they ended up with 17,852 extra votes somehow. Must have been a "calibration" error.

Rudy will prevail on Sullivan even before the absurd "damages".

But given the outburst in the BrightNewsMedia tweet above, this is where a Project Veritas OP must continue the invest.

Meanwhile, we have easily-identifiable urban islands where justice is no longer obtainable.

The immediate reaction is this -- if you are a Freeper living under a Soros-hire, anything from Senator, Governor, Secretary of State, all the way down to Dogcatcher, and you have no immediate plans to move, based on self-delusion: "It'll never happen to me or my family" ; instead of helping you when ferals are roasting your jimmies just. like. Rudy., we red staters will either simply LOFL, or maybe even punch down to "make an example" of you for other conservatives, exactly. as. I. am. doing. right. now. with. this. post.

Proving that you should have respected the immediacy of the crisis and move from a blue state, to a red state, to quite literally save the people you love.

And yeah, I'd be exiting Georgia straight up. You are bordered by 2 states that your children and grandchildren will never have to fear this calumny, as long as they stay out of Jacksonville and Montgomery, while also providing them a far better position to fight back when it the balloon goes up.

The irony here, is that no one on the jury ever read this or will ever read this, even if some conservative media shoved it right under their nose, coming from a pubrik skrewel district that has never even shaded >65% graduation rates; and of course, Freepers won't read this either, in complete solidarity with these poor Fulton County ferals LOFL.

Did Giuliani’s defamation charge rise to the level of “willful and malicious intent”?
