Of course - but from the beginning the Northern states were in a far better position to phase out slavery without financial hardship, whereas the southern states were not. In fact, the economic and social cost/benefit of owning slaves incentivized northern slave owners to phase it out - a practice that had begun in the north even in colonial times.
For the south it was the opposite - much of a plantation owner’s wealth was tied up in slaves - simply giving them up would have bankrupted them.
And in the fifty years that followed the Revolution, that disparity grew - the northern states became less and less dependent on slavery, whereas in the south, as the slave population grew, slavery in the south became ever more inextricable.
If the south was going to be forced to give up slavery - the time to set the terms of the phase out would have been at the time of ratification.

They were ran multiple times per instructions, but were not TABULATED multiple times. This is straight from Georgia GOP election officials.
Rudy got ahead of himself and made claims that could not be substantiated by any officials. He could have said it looked like...yadda yadda...but he instead kept claiming those 2 women were doing somthing nefarious and Rudy never offered any proof of his claims. Which is why this was a directed judgment...Rudy declined to show his proof in court.
I do think Rudy will have a hard time getting the civil case overturned. Might get total reduced.
Those women are not likely to see much, if any, money from Rudy. I don’t know how he makes money these days, but one would assume a lot of his money goes towards paying lawyers.

The investigation results you posted state no wrong doing was uncovered, the media was not asked to leave and Ruby Freeman did not post the Instagram posts saying she and her daughter fixed the election and concluded there was no wrongdoing or deviation from procedure committed by election workers at State Farm Arena
