You see, Frick, the table on the left is the SCORE; the table on the right is the RANK. You need to look at the RANK.

The table on the left is the country’s SCORE; the table on the right is the country’s RANK (i.e., where it ranks in comparison to the other countries. Frick, if you will read the legend at the top of that table, it will say that the higher a country’s RANK number, the more corrupt that country is.
