Gas prices could hit lowest Thanksgiving level in years

The national average of gas prices could drop to the lowest level around Thanksgiving in years, according to new estimates.
On Monday, AAA reported the average national price of gas was about $3.31 per gallon — nearly a 10 percent decrease from last year’s average of $3.67 per gallon during the same period. The national average for gas prices has fallen or remained flat for about 60 consecutive days, according to a AAA press release last week.

“Gas prices tend to be lowered during an economic downturn.”
When people are buying less gas sellers are forced to lower prices because paying storage costs for unbought product mean losing money, while lower prices mean making less but that’s better than losing money.

Clearly a biased misleading headline. How much were gas prices in 2020? in 2021?
Show a trend line indicating Biden’s policies have spiked gas prices since January 2021 and will continue up if he is allowed to continue this occupation of the White House in 2024.
