If he had been held accountable for the carjackings he did when he was 12, he might have been in a juvenile “camp” but he would be alive today. Personal responsibility needs to return to the USA.
The younger ones are an even bigger threat. They need incarcerated until they are elderly. Criminal scum needs treated as scum and not as potential assets to society. In California they have taken to using stolen cars to wreck into others and then robbing the victims.
Until society gets the comprehensive bxlls to demand many more aggressive police or organize an armed vigilante society as was done in the old west this is only going to get worse. The leftist Dems and BLM set the stage for this.

A lot of the screaming done about the approx. 6,000 lynchings that actually took place in the U.S. ignores the large percentage that were of white horse thieves. Stealing a horse was a capital offense in the 19th century.

A horse thief was leaving his victim at the mercy of the elements and whatever else might harm him. Same is true of carjackers.
