She was on Twitter enough bashing Trump and supporting DeSantis so much that I blocked her.
I believe Robert Barnes to be the most consistently insightful from a legal/constitutional context.

Who cares? It's football season!!!!
Trump posted the lawyer of one of the people who took a deal. The lawyer said, paraphrasing, there is no conspiracy. If my client is called upon, he will testify and testify truthfully but they’re not going to get much out of his testimony because there was no conspiracy. If they think they can convince the jury that there was from something my client says they’re welcome to try. This, to me, is just more political BS. Basically they have no convictions, they get some plea to something much “lower” and then they run with the idea that everyone is turning on Trump (even though there is nothing to “turn on Trump” about; but if you say it people assume there is). Total BS, corrupted government.
She was mad Trump wouldn’t pay her legal bills so she flipped on him.
They’re not flipping, they’re pleading guilty to misdemeanors, since the felonies were bogus and dropped) to keep from paying endless legal fees. There’s nothing to flip about, Fanny’s case is crumbling. Where’s the RICO?
Ellis bears no substantive connection to Mr. Trump and maintained only distant and tangential associations with individuals of lower rank within the Trump campaign.
From what I’m hearing, her deal is 5 years of probation, $5,000 restitution fine to the state, written apology, and provision of records and evidence to the prosecution.
A correction is coming for every one of those corrupt scumbag cannibal prosecutors, judges and partisan hacks.
What they are doing is not “justice”, but tyrannical thuggery at the hands of the State.
What is happening here is an incubator for violent revolution. They will only have themselves to blame when they meet face to face with the guillotine. /spit
The only difference is that Trump committed no crime.
The alternative was to burn thru $ millions against an activist DA with unlimited funds in an activist court with threat of the gulags.
Political noise. They are making people assume there MUST be something to “turn on Trump” about. There is nothing because Trump, the head of the executive, did nothing inappropriate. One of the lawyer for one of these pleas said almost exactly the same thing. No one is “turning” on Trump. There was no conspiracy.
Banana Republic
All levels of Government do this type of thing on a regular basis, charge someone with multiple crimes, add up all the years they could serve in jail, offer them a good deal to plead guilty and save everyone a lot of time and money, especially if they are trying to nail someone major.
In this case I would be very surprised if Jenna Ellis wasn’t required to tell everything she knows that went on in the aftermath of the 2020 election. She doesn’t have the money to fight the case and Trump wasn’t helping her with her legal expenses, she probably told her attorney, make the best deal you can get, and I’ll plead guilty to get this behind me.
Jenna Ellis is getting a lot closer to Trump, if you want to keep score, here’s an AP Article about the 19 people charged in the Georgia case. It will be interesting to see how many eventually plead guilty.
What were the “false statements or writings?”
Wilis has four Trump co-defendants, three of whom are lawyers, willing to testify under oath that he did commit crimes. There's a very real possibility that he'll be convicted in Georgia and face decades behind bars.
All of these folks makes a proffer - they’re recorded telling prosecutors what they’re prepared to testify against Trump about when the time comes.
