The only solution would is for one side to destroy the other side so devastatingly that the memories of the destruction prevents any future attacks. No more deals, no more appeasement. It will be ugly, it will be cruel, the deaths will be unimaginable but it would be final. War should be so distasteful that it is an absolute last resort. Today it seems to be the first option, especially for the terrorists in that region.

I would add though that when that happens, even if takes years, IDF soldiers must go in amongst the women and children and, using whatever force is necessary against the individual, arrest him, put him on trial, and if found guilty of point blank murder, hang him.
