FBI agent Elvis Chan, who appeared to lie under oath about his role in censoring the Hunter Biden laptop story, failed to show up Thursday to his scheduled testimony before the House Judiciary Committee, a source familiar confirmed to the Daily Caller.
The Judiciary Committee subpoenaed Chan on Sept. 21 to appear for an interview Thursday after he previously failed to attend a scheduled interview, the Daily Caller previously reported. Chan was nowhere to be found at the time the interview was scheduled, a source familiar told the Daily Caller.

Every Dem who ignores a congressional subpoena by either not showing up, failing to deliver documents, or whatever, should have a 3am unscheduled meeting with several dozen Federal Marshals in full battle rattle, family dragged into the street cuffed in their night cloths, full auto weapons pointed at everyone, full house ransacked, news network live coverage, the works.
Until we quit play pattycake with these evil people, and get as serious as they are about winning this ideological war that they’ve started, nothing will change.
