Cisco (in California) was recently sued by some H1-B workers because their ‘superior caste’ managers told them their lower caste would prevent them from ever being managers and ever receiving a certain pay level.

If you think the caste system was ever abolished and that the Brahmans are not a race-based tribalist group seeking to expand their wealth and power into Western countries for their own tribal power, you are sadly delusional.

It’s like saying communism was abolished.

Casteism is still in effect in a de facto sense. Does not need to be legislated.

The caste system is no longer in the law, but it still exists and is still practiced.
