Basically, a moneyed set is trading them amongst themselves. Less outside suckers are being pulled in.

Aren’t there places where housing is affordable and there also are decent jobs?
Is California’s super duper railroad supposed to allow people to work in areas with expensive housing and live in faraway areas with cheap housing?
