No, it is as many days later. I had nothing left but a cat and my car and a phone that I didn’t know how to work. No internet. There were no motels, everyone else I knew was evacuated or burned out or too far away to reach. I stayed in horrible places that I never imagined existed with monsters who should be in jail.
Finally have a decent, safe house many miles from there.
Illegal aliens got housing first.
I just want to go home.
