IMDB’s ratings are made by everyday film viewers, NOT la-dee-dah film critics. IMDB is far more influential a NYT or LAT film review.
I saw the movie and read Ebert’s review. I do t think he was fair, he seemed to be looking for reasons to pick it apart.

On the contrary. I don’t think anything has ever been more clear. They’re against the film because they are ‘for’ what the film exposes and reveals as one of the main evils ongoing in the world right now. Not rocket science stuff. Of course, the leftists will never admit to being for child trafficking, or any other evil in this world. They’ll label it as something else (conspiracy theories) and demonize those that are exposing their debauchery.

Imagine, if you will, the movie “Eyes Wide Shut” theme... only, instead of grown, adult naked women presented at the elite “parties”... there would be naked children of both sexes made available to the elitist perverts. Unfortunately, it has probably happened more than we would ever want to know. It would be a horrifying scene to most of us. Epstein’s island parties comes to mind here. And look what happened to Epstein to keep the elitists “safe” from exposure.
