RFK Jr claims Biden troop mobilization is prep for ‘ground war with Russia’

Democrat presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. claimed that President Biden's mobilization of troops to support Operation Atlantic Resolve is preparation for a "ground war with Russia."

Kennedy reacted to Biden's decision to call up thousands of military reservists to bolster U.S. troops in Europe as part of the 2014 operation.

"President Biden just called up 3,000 reservists to augment U.S. troops in Europe as part of 'Operation Atlantic Resolve,'" Kennedy tweeted on Friday.

"I want people to understand what this troop mobilization is about," he continued. "It's about preparing for a ground war with Russia."

Never fight a land war with thousands of miles for supply lines.
The Neocons learned nothing from the Vietnam war. From any war.

Well said. Morale plays a big part in any war. But so does logistics.

Napoleon’s army in Russia started out with high morale. As did Hitler’s. But when you run out of ammunition, food, and winter clothing smiles turn into frowns (so to speak).

“Biden wants a distraction from all his crimes. WWIII should do it.”

What his puppet masters want him to do is declare Martial Law. WWIII should do it.

““Never fight a land war in Asia” —Attributed to General Douglas MacArthur

Now the news media and others are working overtime to claim MacArthur did not say it.”

I am working overtime but it wasn’t McArthur so said it, it was Vizzini on “The Princess Bride”. Now the record is straight.

China invades Taiwan.

How do China’s supply lines compare to the United States’ supply lines?

Uh oh. Limited nuclear war suddenly comes to the Forefront. Although nobody seems to consider that limited can turn to Unlimited very quickly.

Hmm, no. Biden has his blood already. Thirteen Souls at the Abbey Gate in Afghanistan. We have had enough wasted lives.

Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine the Biden administration has sent 20,000 additional US troops to Europe, making a total of 100,000. The 3000 additional troops must be a symbolic gesture he agreed to at the NATO conference. It is insignificant, unless you are one of the reservists who is called up.

No one wants an open war with Russia, which is why they didn’t agree to admit Ukraine into NATO.

The best way to avoid war is to prepare for war, and as much as I despise Biden (a lot!), I can’t criticize him for doing that. It’s the right thing to do.

RFK Jr’s hysteria about the cluster bombs and these 3000 troops makes me think he is not qualified to become President. I think he’s 100% right about vaccines, and I wish Trump had hired him to do that job in 2017; but he didn’t, and there are no redos for history.

They would love the war as long as it’s not them or their children that have to fight.

I have never seen any. Names?

Yes, it is. Just curious: Would you support a US mobilization to combat that?

No...just send all all the weapons and ammunition that was sent to Ukraine and air transport it to Taiwan ASAP.

Also the beaches are small and well defended,,,,troop carriers have 120 miles of ocean to cover...not the 22miles to Normandy in WWII.

The small size of beach prevents massive waves of troops and armaments from the sea.

Troop carriers can be detected from Taiwan well in advance on their way and sunk.

And I guess the Taiwan army has a good collection of Korean tanks and howitzers.

The K2 is the world’s only fourth-generation tank. It is arguably the most advanced tank in the world, and South Korea troops swear by it. However, it is expensive, at $8.5 million per tank. Poland was not deterred by the price – Warsaw just finalized a $15 billion deal with South Korea to buy 180 K2s that will arrive later this year.

Poland will also help manufacture another 820 K2 variants customized for its military, making for a total of 1,000 tanks from South Korea.

Why Are So Many Nations Buying South Korea’s K9 Howitzer?: Australia has just become the eighth nation to buy South Korea’s formidable K9 howitzer.

Australia joins South Korea, Turkey, India, Poland, Norway, Finland and Estonia in choosing the 155-millimeter self-propelled howitzer.

Known as the Huntsman in Australian Army service, the $730 million purchase includes 30 AS9 Huntsman howitzers and 15 AS10 armored resupply vehicles. “The prime ability of the new vehicles is to fire and move quickly, avoiding enemy counter-attack,” said Australian Defense Minister Peter Sutton. “This project will mean a significant increase in the level of firepower and security for Australian artillery capability.” First deployed in 1999, the K9 has become a contender in an international self-propelled howitzer market traditionally dominated by the U.S. and Russia.

The K9 has a combat weight of 47 tons, according to the fact sheet by manufacturer Hanwha Defense.

It can shoot out to 40 kilometers (24.6 miles) using normal artillery shells, and 50 kilometers (31.1 miles) using rocket-assisted projectiles. The vehicle is armored against 155-millimeter shell fragments, 14.5-millimeter armor-piercing machine gun bullets and anti-personnel mines, as well as chemical weapons.

One does not start a war with 3000 reservists whose activation is common knowledge. Even Biden can’t be that stupid.

On war....
TRIBUTE TO ROBERT F. KENNEDY, ST. PATRICK’S CATHEDRAL, NEW YORK CITY, JUNE 8, 1968

Edward Kennedy:

“My brother need not be idealized, or enlarged in death beyond what he was in life, to be remembered simply as a good and decent man, who saw wrong and tried to right it, saw suffering and tried to heal it, saw war and tried to stop it.”
