Tell the judge to go to hell
So now a neutral, court appointed special master is illegitimate?
This stopped being interesting a long time ago. The ‘rat position is that no process, no principle, and no map is legitimate unless it empowers the maximalist democrat grab. And somewhere, an activist judge will be found to rule this way.
“2024 midterms” Wait . . . What? There are no midterms in 2024!
Never fear the supreme court will step in and say they are not fair like in NC and Lousiana.
or accelerates into overdrive.

New York, Alabama and Louisiana. how many more hits do we have to take. This sucks!
The Constitution says to reapportion every 10 years. New York reapportioned and held an election under the new districts. I would think that SCOTUS would decide that states cannot redistrict every time they lose an election to eliminate the districts that the ruling party lost.
The Constitution says they get one bite at that apple per decade, and that's what SCOTUS should rule. Once an election is held against the new districts, they must remain in place until the next census and reapportionment.

Why are only Rats allowed to gerrymander districts?
Negative nancy much?? It’s no wonder we don’t do a good job at improving out odds when so many of yall brag a boutique how we are going to lose. Do you not realize that that turns off people from showing up to vote & convinces undecideds to vote for the other party showing a little more confidence. I’m honestly sick to death of reading this on a daily basis. I keep hearing about what fighters yall are. You’re not. I think you might want to consider that attitudes like yours are the reason we haven’t been winning 🙄😑🤔

Everything’s dirty in New York from NYC to Albany. What did you expect?
It’s the UNIPARTY party, they always win.
Time to repeal the 17th Amendment and take the power away from the uniparty, and the K street whores who fund them
“So you know an appeal will never work in New York state whose politicians and judges stink worse than an open sewer.”
Actually it was the Court of Appeals that struck down the last Democratic gerrymander.
