This makes total sense. Once admitted, the Ukrainian level of corruption will have lowered the bar throughout the NATO membership on the acceptable level of corruption.
None of these jackass nations want to pay their bills and build militaries. Which tells us that the idea is to send US troops into Ukraine and spur a nuke conflict.
