I disagree, that may have been the intended ultimate goal but the “premature” infection of the Wuhan staff was due to incompetence and negligence in the handling of the “hybrid” virus.
The release and resulting spread was haphazard and likely untimely for the Chinese regime if indeed that was their terminal design.
Imprisoned my ass! They ought to be on Death Row somewhere, (where they still impose capital punishment), for crimes against humanity!
