HARTFORD, Conn. (AP) — A slate of gun control measures was headed Saturday to Connecticut Gov. Ned Lamont’s desk, after an all-night state Senate debate and early morning vote to approve the state’s most wide-ranging gun legislation since the laws that followed the 2012 Sandy Hook school shooting.

Boston, a great place to visit but not to stay long or live.
There’s something that Dirty Water, all of our friends around Boston are just as woke as the pols. People there would never vote for Trump, he talks dirty. But Ted Kennedy, so what he killed a girl and got away scott free, no problemo.

Told him if he wants to see me he has to come out. I refuse to go in there.

Ct did have a loop hole allowing open carry which got closed. All the other regulations just make it harder and more expensive to own a gun. I fled Ct in 2015 to gun friendly SC.

There’s a good documentary on the horrific Cheshire Murders on Hulu. The mother begged the police to help. Instead they parked outside while she and her daughters were raped and burned to death. Later the Dems abolished the death penalty. That’s what passes for justice in Ct.

"I hate this state."

This is the straw that broke the camel's back for me.

Have initiated my Blue-state escape plan B.

- Pay off what's left on my mortgage this summer.
- Travel down to Tennessee to look at/buy house in the spring.
- Move the family down and put my Waterbury house up for sale.

I left in 1960...
It was still a great place and part of the United States back then...
By 2000 it turned, completely, to the dark side...IMHO...

I see the transition coming. The Bolsheviks are the democrat party and their thug enforcers and the republicans are the Mensheviks. Look at Russian history prior to the revolution. Both have same socialist philosophy except the Bolsheviks use force and the Mensheviks use propaganda and coercion.

“gun laws just cripple law abiding citizens while empowering criminals”

I used to think that was a bug—I am now convinced it is a feature of such laws.

The elites want the middle class dead.

That wasn’t the real goal.

Disarming or turning legal gun owners in to criminals is.

The unsaid part is making the most noise. As the hard blue states are joining forces to change the balance of the Supreme Court the Second Amendment is only a tool to them on their way to power. Remember Saul Alinsky? - “They have guns and therefore we are for peace and for reformation through the ballot. When we have the guns then it will be through the bullet.”
