And they should be sued for malfeasance.
Same goes for Target.
It was just a matter of time.
Real, actual Americans would invest in a company like A-B because all they know about it is that it is a steady earner and nothing else.
Now the corrosive hand of sin celebration is destroying the retirement dreams of real Americans who will not stand for this crap.
I haven’t seen any big malfeasance lawsuits for a long time, but it would seem that such suits ought to be directed at individual managers AND NOT at the company. This way, the company might have a chance at recovery and the guilty parties would have to pay...not the shareholders.
