It is unclear what action Kosovo officials expect the IOC to take and what rules the tennis star may have broken.

Djokovic can hit a ball well, but lacks a lot in the personality department.

He’s forced by contract to have a press conference, yet he can’t speak his mind.

Not a Djoker fan but he’s so good at pissing off the right people, as tennis journalists are uniformly lefties. Hope he wins! (And w/ him, this is definitely part of a plan, as the boy knows how to play head games.)

The NFL voted Kaepernick one of the 25 BEST quarterbacks of all time, recently,IIRC.

I can sit here in my rural hose property in Nevada & name 25 NFL quarterbacks better than Colin-—even when they were drunk

I never saw the political class punish an athlete like they have gone after the Djoker. (At least not in the last 50 years.) He was barred from competing in Australia and the US in 2022, and when he won at Wimbledon, they did not award any ranking points. His statement regarding Kosovo is no more political than the stances tennis (and some tennis players) have taken on the Russia/Ukraine conflict.
