He’s an anchor baby, born on US soil to parents who were not US citizens.
Does it matter?
I’d say yes, since he doesn’t have a protective (D) after his name.
A few years ago I would have said I couldn’t vote for him.

At a hotel that illegals have taken over, in NY IIRC, there are three babies born every day. Multiply that by 100 or more. If VR is eligible, just think of all these critters being popped out who’ll be eligible in a few decades.
