This is where Trump keeps putting me off. Trump picked good SCOTUS nominees. But his other picks to run the exec branch was terrible. Wray, Sessions, Barr, Gen Milley, Pence, Haley, Chao (McConnel’s wife!), Haspel, Mattis, and more...
Sessions was the worst of them all! His unwillingness to do the job he was picked to do opened the door for everything else that happened!
1. The big reason Trump has such a massive following is the good people of our nation can see he has the right attitude.
2. If you think the swamp could have been drained without swamp creatures climbing onto the boat, you don’t understand the depth of the problem.
Trump’s SCotUS nominees were the result of the Federalist Society and, ironically enough, Mitch McConnell. While he deserves a lot of credit for sticking by Kavannaugh, Trump probably would have put his sister up there if left to his own devices.
That's McConnell, not Trump. McConnell and the RINOs were never going to approve the nomination of anyone they couldn't control.
