Yes. It appears he is the establishment’s choice — at least for the primary. They want to knock Trump completely out of the race. Then who knows who will be their choice for president. Democrats would be foolish to run Biden. Maybe Newsom? I don’t even think they would want RFK, Jr., because he would fight against the next pandemic protocols.
The GOPe just wants to keep their place at the Deep State table. It really doesn’t matter to them who wins the presidency as long as it’s not Donald Trump. If they’re successful in denying Trump the nomination then it’s mission accomplished!
