The DOJ will throw everything they have at Daniel Penny - and they have endless taxpayer money to do so.
That $2.6 million won’t mean anything and go far enough to defend against what the government has planned.
They’re going to give Daniel Penny the Derek Chauvin treatment.
And they won’t stop until they get a conviction.

I suppose it is necessary to debate what MSNBC says but putting links invites people to click and it gives them exposure to a wider audience. Any access to their internet content is a positive. It doesn’t matter if you go there because you hate them and want to see what they are saying, the algorithms consider it a positive for them and they get rewarded. It is best to post excerpts and paraphrase the rest and don’t help or encourage people to get to their site. As cable subscriptions decline they lose their guaranteed revenue and they make up for it by people like us looking at them on the internet.

That’s quite an assumption that witnesses who saw first-hand what happened and support Penny’s actions are “right wing.”
Rather interesting that Neely’s family didn’t lift a finger to get him the mental health care he needed, or at least to get him off the streets, but like the parasites they are, they slithered onto the scene when they started seeing dollar signs.

You keep looking at it thorough the lens of race and you will miss the bigger picture.
They will always support the criminal (regardless of skin shade or sex) over the victim (regardless of skin shade or sex).
It the Rittenhouse case you had a (technically) Hispanic minor defending himself against three hardened white felons.
Who did they side with? The white felons.
Criminals over the innocent.

Mentally ill, violent criminals and drug-addled homeless allowed to roam free on city streets to prey on innocent citizens is the fault of these Democrat mayors and governor.
