What’s legal to do and what’s being done is two different things.
Something in the manifesto points blame on the school.
Probably pushing woke affirming policies.
Authorities are hiding something!
Something in the screed must show that they knew this prevert would attack, and they pondered to her.

I am guessing the manifesto refers to things the school district does not want the public to be aware of that has to do with LGBT groups within the school.
this is the school district the manifesto might actually refer to things at the high school that led up to this.
Maybe she is confessing to have been influenced by the deep state and the manifesto releases the tactics that have been employed since Timothy McVea( remember how fast he was Terminated.

You betcha. The head of the school was to be targeted, but the shooter took out his daughter when he wasn’t to be found.
That might tell us something about motive.
If someone writes a manifesto, it’s usually because they WANT it to be released. There could be all kinds of deranged and made-up or imagined stories in the manifesto that could never be verified or that might inspire copycats.
