Dwight Eisenhower had the kind of charisma that follows experience of tested leadership, but "Ike" was not an entertainer. Yet, people loved him.

Ron DeSantis works pretty well on paper, but DeSantis is not an entertaining gadfly whom British lords and liberal media lords would mesh. Yet DeSantis as governor, and signing legislation that stands up for our worthy American Heritage, has traction - charisma over time.
