"This judge knows precisely that this decision runs counter to Supreme Court precedent. The tactic of the left now is to simply ignore the Supreme Court and gum up the works for years in as many jurisdictions they can until they get a Supreme Court willing to overturn Bruen, Heller, etc."

Nope. This decision reads strictly as a clerk-written screed, sloppy and assembled at the last minute, without the slightest regard for whether it will be overturned (it will). It's just junk.

As I noted above, Contreras is the el jefe at FISA and they have been unusually busy this year.

Tie that into Ron Klain out as CoS chief buttwiper of The White Hospice, and a lackey appointed to replace him, that leaves MacBeth's trio of witches in charge, and they are addicted to lawfare and the perversion of federal power for power's sake.

Thus it is easy to see that Bidendropov's re-election attempt will be the bitchnazz triumvirate flooding-the-zone with FISA-targeted mass arrests of conservatives, Republicans, GOP candidates, Christians, you name it. That's it. That's going to be their strategy: "You'd better vote for us or these Christofascists will get out of jail." An open invitation, if you will.

You all had better buckle up, buttercups, because none of you have eyes that can see...

So many indecipherable words that the message is faded after a few sentences.

I don’t have a decoder ring.

They are under the 10th!!

The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

“The Second Amendment doesn’t mention self-defense.”

In context of the time when written, the 2nd makes no mention much less consideration to powder horn or shot pouch capacity. Come to think of it, in writing the 2nd Amendment, the only “magazine” of possible consideration was the one at Concord that Redcoats attempted to seize.

What nonsense.

The states are under the constitution. “Shall not be infringed”.
