Gunowners of America (GOA) is a much better organization.

When you go into a no gun zone it doesn’t matter if you have 3 30rd magazines or 9 10rd magazines everyone is sitting duck.

No. A commie judge. A domestic enemy of the constitution. They know exactly what they’re doing.

They want to have it both ways. Some say that the Second Amendment only applies to soldiers in the National Guard, yet others say the Second Amendment doesn’t protect arms such as normal capacity magazines (but rather, only to reduced-capacity ones).

Well, in that case, under what circumstances should soldiers in the National Guard have access to normal-capacity magazines? The Second Amendment doesn’t apply to those items, and yet is supposedly the very provision that allows soldiers to be armed!

Yeah, they do seem to switch between the opinion of “Miller” and the opinions of more recently decided cases.

Which is it? Citizens can only possess guns used by the military? Or, citizens can only possess guns NOT used by the military? Is it the history of keeping guns out of the hands of black slaves? Or is it the history of arming blacks as they are given equal rights?

Bad call that SCOTUS will hopefully overturn. Only saving point is there are likely very few high-capacity mags in DC so outcry there will be muted. Try that in Nevada.

U.S. District Judge in Washington, D.C. is full of communist pig crap and would probably be more comfortable in Beijing.

Better yet, set him in a court in Wuhan a couple of blocks from the bio-lab.

If you make that statement, you have to show me where in the second amendment it specifies the number of rounds that your firearm may have to qualify for constitutional protection. But being a liberal judge is the easiest job in the country — you can just make stuff up.

I am a member of GOA.

The NRA has lost 20% of its membership over the last several years thanks mostly to Wayne’s corruption.

I left after 20 years.

Define large capacity.

They'll want to say anything more than 2 rounds.

...until they'll want to ban derringers, since they can be so easily concealed...

Here I was thinking a “poor fit” was done if the magazine wasn’t inserted correctly, was the wrong type of magazine (.45 for a 9 mm, not that it’ll fit at all at all), or a poorly made magazine.

That makes more sense than what the judge was saying.

i reckon the fact of whether a hcm is a poor fit would be determined by how many rioters were outside my house or place of business. i don’t think the judge would be there to help me reload.

As Lazamataz showed with his reply, the judge is not a moron, stupid are anything of the sort. He went out of his way to distort Alito to come to his ruling. He knew what he was doing. He knows it is a lie and a distortion and he does not care as it gets his ends.
