Yeah, but in this case the perpetrator is a high profile, out spoken, very liberal, Progressive who probably donates a lot to The Party.
So he skates.
I am only surprised it took the Prosecuting Attorney this long to ‘discover’ that Alec Baldwin is too big and important to be guilty
